This Cookie Policy records the technology used by SurrogateMother.ge from 22 August 2026. Smartsupp live chat is active and uses functional browser storage; GA4, Google Tag Manager and advertising pixels are not configured in the site source.
Smartsupp live chat can set a functional visitor cookie and local-storage items so a conversation and preferences continue across pages. The widget requires acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy before a message is sent. The site source does not configure GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels or Smartsupp targeted-marketing features.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small values a website or connected service may store in a browser. Similar technologies can include local storage, security tokens, pixels or device identifiers. They can be necessary for delivery and security or optional for measurement, personalisation and advertising.
This policy distinguishes the present technical build from tools that might be added later. It does not describe analytics or advertising as active merely because those products are common on other websites.
Strictly necessary delivery and security
The hosting, network and security infrastructure may use short-lived technical mechanisms or process request information needed to deliver pages, balance traffic, prevent abuse and maintain availability. These operations are limited to the functioning and protection of the service.
Necessary technology is not used by GENOVIA to create behavioural advertising profiles. Browser or network settings that block essential security functions may prevent a page or protected service from working correctly.
Smartsupp live chat storage
SurrogateMother.ge loads Smartsupp live chat so visitors can ask a short question. Smartsupp documents a visitor cookie named ssupp.vid, normally retained for up to six months, and browser local-storage items that can preserve a visitor identifier, conversation, message draft, open state and sound preference. Clearing this storage may reset chat continuity or preferences.
The widget is configured to display the SurrogateMother.ge Privacy Policy and require acknowledgement before a visitor sends a message. Chat is for first contact, not for passports, full medical records, genetic reports, financial-account information or other sensitive files.
Advertising analytics are not configured
SurrogateMother.ge does not currently load Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising-network tags, heat-map software or embedded social-media feeds. The Google Search Console verification meta tag is static proof of domain control and does not itself run analytics or place a cookie.
Smartsupp documents an optional marketing cookie called ssupp.visits for targeted automated messages and related advanced features. Those features are not configured in the site source. Smartsupp account settings must be administered consistently; if analytics or targeted marketing is enabled, the operator must first review whether consent and additional preference controls are required.
Forms and linked services
The contact forms post directly to a PHP 7.4-compatible mail handler on the SurrogateMother.ge hosting account. The handler performs basic anti-spam and validation checks, emails the message to info@surrogatemother.ge and then returns the visitor to the branded SurrogateMother.ge confirmation page. If the hosting mail service refuses delivery, the handler may write an access-restricted temporary queue file for technical recovery and shows the visitor an error with direct email and WhatsApp alternatives. No external form-relay script or form-service cookie is used.
Buttons may also open email, telephone or WhatsApp. A destination may use necessary or optional technology under its own policy after the visitor activates that service. SurrogateMother.ge does not treat a destination’s cookies as if they had already been placed on this site and does not receive advertising profiles from those destinations through the current build.
Consent before future optional tools
Before a non-essential analytics, personalisation or advertising tool is enabled, GENOVIA will review whether prior consent is required for the visitors concerned. Where required, the tool will remain inactive until a clear choice is made, refusal will be as accessible as acceptance, and consent can be withdrawn.
The policy and consent interface must identify the actual provider, purpose, categories of information, duration and any relevant international processing. A production identifier must be verified before code is installed, and the same analytics tool must not be loaded twice.
Managing technology and contacting us
Most browsers allow users to inspect, delete or block stored website data. Blocking Smartsupp storage can prevent the live-chat conversation, message state or preferences from continuing correctly; the informational pages remain available without using chat.
Questions about the current configuration may be sent to info@surrogatemother.ge. This policy will be updated if the site begins using optional analytics, advertising or another technology that changes the information or consent required.
Questions people ask about Cookie Policy
Clear answers for real decisions: what to prepare, who is responsible and what can change the plan.
No. Reading the guidance is not conditional on agreeing to advertising tracking. Smartsupp live chat uses functional browser storage so a conversation and preferences can continue; the chat also requires acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy before a message is sent. The site source does not configure targeted marketing. If optional analytics or marketing is enabled later, the operator must review consent requirements and provide the appropriate choice before activation.
No. The verification meta tag proves control of the domain to Google Search Console; it does not itself run analytics, create a visitor profile or set a browser cookie. Search-engine crawling and aggregate search-performance reporting are different from installing visitor-level analytics code on the page.
Yes. When you deliberately follow a link to WhatsApp, email or an external GENOVIA form, that service operates under its own technical and privacy terms. SurrogateMother.ge does not control cookies or device information processed after you leave the site. Use the shortest practical first message and avoid sending sensitive records until the receiving team confirms the correct route.
The cookie and privacy policies must identify the provider, purpose, data involved, retention and consent choice before optional analytics becomes active. A working preference control should also be provided where required. The current policy already discloses Smartsupp live chat and its functional storage, but it does not give advance permission for future Smartsupp analytics, targeted messages or any unrelated tracking tool.
