These Terms govern use of the SurrogateMother.ge website from 22 August 2026. The site provides general education and organisational guidance; browsing it or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a professional engagement or surrogacy programme agreement.
Use the site to understand issues and prepare questions. Any actual GENOVIA service, provider responsibility, fee and condition must be defined in the written offer or agreement for the selected pathway. Medical and legal decisions remain with qualified professionals and competent authorities.

SurrogateMother.ge is operated by GENOVIA LLC, identification number 405834593, at 49 Besarion Zhgenti Street, Floor 1, Apartment 20, Tbilisi, Georgia. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy and Cookie Policies.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the website or rely on its content. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Information, not an individual assessment
The content is general educational and practical information for surrogate mothers, intended parents and people researching a Georgia journey. It is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, eligibility decision, individual legal opinion, citizenship ruling, immigration advice or promise that a public authority will accept a document.
Laws, clinical standards, consular procedures and individual facts change. Before acting, obtain current advice from the licensed clinician and appropriately qualified lawyers for Georgia and every relevant home country.
GENOVIA’s coordination role
GENOVIA may provide information, introductions, translation and document coordination, appointment organisation and practical case management when these services are included in a written scope. GENOVIA is not presented through this website as a hospital, fertility clinic or medical practice.
A clinic, doctor, lawyer, laboratory, notary, hospital, authority or other independent provider remains responsible for its own professional service, decision, fee, records and terms. Coordination does not transfer that provider’s professional responsibility to GENOVIA.
A service starts only in writing
Viewing a page, making a call, sending a message or receiving preliminary information does not create a client, patient, agency or fiduciary relationship and does not reserve a surrogate candidate, clinic appointment or treatment date.
An actual service starts only when the relevant parties accept a written offer or agreement identifying the scope, providers, fees, payment schedule, assumptions, exclusions and cancellation or refund conditions. If website copy and a signed agreement differ, the signed case document governs that service.
Medical and legal decisions
Medical assessment, medicines, IVF, embryo transfer, pregnancy monitoring, diagnosis, delivery and newborn care are provided by licensed healthcare professionals. A coordinator cannot approve a candidate medically, prescribe treatment or override informed consent.
Legal eligibility, agreements, parentage, criminal exposure, birth registration, nationality, immigration, passports and departure are decided under applicable law by qualified advisers, courts, registries, consulates and other authorities. General country guides help a reader prepare; they do not decide an individual case.
No guarantee of availability or outcome
GENOVIA does not guarantee that a particular candidate will be available or approved, that embryos can be moved or used, or that treatment will begin by a stated date. Clinical screening, consent, clinic policy and legal eligibility can stop or change a plan.
No website or coordinator can guarantee fertilisation, implantation, pregnancy, live birth, the health or sex of a child, a particular delivery, recognition of parentage, citizenship, a passport, a visa, departure date, processing time, third-party fee or total final cost.
Responsible use
You may use the site for lawful personal research and to contact the operator about a genuine enquiry. You must not use it to misrepresent identity or family facts, pressure a surrogate, bypass clinical or legal safeguards, upload malicious material, interfere with the service, copy databases, scrape at disruptive scale or imply that the website has approved a case.
Do not reproduce substantial parts of the editorial content for a competing commercial service without permission. Short quotations with attribution and ordinary sharing of page links are permitted where the use is lawful and does not mislead.
Intellectual property and accuracy

Liability boundaries

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, deliberate misconduct or another non-excludable duty. Any case-specific liability and remedy are governed by the signed agreement and mandatory law.
Governing law, changes and contact
These website Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply regardless of that choice. Courts or dispute procedures are determined by applicable law and any valid written agreement; this clause does not create exclusive jurisdiction where the law prohibits it.
